Department of Administration


The long-term processes of the department of administration of the University of Computer Studies (PYAY) are:

  • To present the work indicated by the Governor’s office to the rectors.
  • To filter outbox letters directed by the rector.
  • To carry out promotion and transfer of teachers and staff without delay.
  • To check the attendance of teachers and staff.
  • To manage the meeting of the rector and teachers or staff, and the directions in accordance with time.
  • To keep the personal data of teachers and staff.


The process of the administration department is to filter and present inbox and outbox letters or mails. In addition, the department has to manage the notifications indicated and directions according to the Governor’s office and department stores occasionally.
